I discovered how K2BTools and K2BAudit were key to the success of a new CRM in just 60 days of development.
Panda Security, Southern Cone region, used a CRM system that allowed it to manage all the accounts and businesses associated with its technological products. Due to the constant demand for new business rules and the possibilities of new markets, they were forced to rethink the entire operation of the commercial areas and also to plan a project whose main objective was the development of a new CRM system that would accompany the company's growth.
The company approached Bright Solutions (K2B Tools agent in Uruguay) with the objective of developing the new CRM system. The project had a critical requirement, which indicated the connection of different databases, hosted in each country, for the supply and reception of information from the Panda Security headquarters. In addition, no minor issue was the challenge of developing it in a maximum of three months.
“Today we can say that K2BTools and K2BAudit were indispensable partners for the success of the project, 60 days after development, we were able to release a new CRM system into production. The system change was really successful, in a few weeks we managed to have four countries working to meet all the requirements required by the central office.” Anibal Chaves, Systems Manager at Panda Security and Proinfo, commented.
The project was carried out in conjunction with K2BTools and K2BAudit. It was possible to create a system completely from scratch in a shorter time than estimated. “Thanks to the use of K2BTools as a productivity tool, in each phase of the project and in the current CRM maintenance, we obtained greater development speed, significantly improving the work of programmers, in a flexible and adaptable system based on a modern application architecture.” Chaves added.
