Sably, is a Help Desk solution based on GeneXus BPM Suite. K2B Tools was the tool selected to enhance and optimize the development of the project.
Verhaw IT is an information technology company that specializes in highly reliable solutions. It develops solutions for services, IT infrastructure, data reporting and analysis, security and cloud. The company decided to replace the tool it used in the on-premise model with a cloud-based solution. The objective of this change was to support the growing volume of calls, which required a stronger customer service solution.
Solution
The solution was designed and 350 workflows, parameterization and application were produced. In January 2022, the company began operating with its own cloud tool, and has already registered more than 35,000 calls corresponding to 410 workflows.
